PushGlobe Ltd ("PushGlobe", "We", "Us", "Our") provides advertising technology solutions — a self-serve ad network with formats for web traffic (popunder, in-page push, web push) and Telegram traffic (Telegram Mini Apps, Telegram Bot Messages, iMe Messenger), together with related SDKs, APIs and reporting tools (the "Services"). Publishers, developers and advertisers, as well as ad networks and other platforms connecting them, are collectively named "Clients".

PushGlobe hosts and processes data on infrastructure located in the European Union. By accessing or using the Services, the Official Website at PushGlobe.com, any SDK, API, ad tag or pixel provided by PushGlobe, you accept this Privacy Policy in full and without reservation.

1. Information concerning end-users

1.1. Role of the parties. When data relating to an end-user is processed in connection with the Services, PushGlobe acts as a processor under the GDPR. Our Clients are the controllers.

1.2. What information We may collect. Information about your device, log information, mobile advertising identifiers, approximate geo-location, and other non-identifying information — only as instructed by our Clients.

1.3. How We use the collected information. Solely to perform the Services: to provide the Services, enable and optimise tools, measure activity, and prevent fraud.

1.4. How We may share information. With the relevant Client, third-party service providers (anti-fraud, hosting), corporate affiliates, and where required by law.

1.5. End-user choice. You can opt out from personalised advertising via standard web/iOS/Android opt-out mechanisms.

1.6. Data-subject rights. PushGlobe acts as a processor. Requests to exercise data-subject rights should be submitted to the relevant Client (the controller).

1.7. Client warranties. Clients warrant compliance with applicable laws, obtaining required end-user consents, and not collecting data from children under 16.

1.8. Retention. End-user information is retained for up to 365 days, or as legally required.

2. Information concerning Clients

2.1. Role of the parties. When We process personal data of our Clients themselves, PushGlobe acts as a controller under the GDPR.

2.2. What information We may collect. Contact information, financial information, detailed personal information (for KYC/AML), and account activity.

2.3. Lawful basis. Performance of contract, legitimate interest, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.

2.4. How We use the information. To provide Services, process transactions, collect fees, conduct KYC/AML checks, and resolve disputes.

2.5. How We may share information. With service providers, payment processors, regulators, and in corporate transactions.

2.6. Retention. Retained for as long as you are our Client and up to 7 years where required by law.

3. General provisions

3.1. Transfer of information. Hosted in the EU. Transfers outside EU rely on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

3.2. Cookies. We use cookies to recognise users, ensure security, and mitigate risk.

3.3. Information security. We implement physical and technical measures to safeguard data, though absolute security is not guaranteed.

3.4. Accessing personal information. Clients may request access/deletion at support@PushGlobe.com.

3.5. GDPR rights. EU residents may withdraw consent, request access/correction, object to processing, or lodge complaints with a supervisory authority.

3.6. Changes in corporate structure. Data may be shared during mergers or acquisitions.

3.7. Limitation of liability. Subject to the cap defined in the Terms & Conditions.
